Casey grew up in Kaohsiung, on a steady diet of her father’s wonderful collection of Taiwanese wūlóng & well-aged pǔ’ěr, as well as a whole lot of the best boba the world has to offer.
One thing David loves about Casey is how excited she gets when she smells a warm pot of nicely roasted Dòng Dǐng leaves.
