I have A LOT of tea. Some of it is truly aged; some just past its prime. Some is very good; a little, even excellent. A bit of it is genuinely odd. Once in a while, I treat myself to new, seasonal teas; but, I’ve been trying to limit my purchasing while I work through some of the archive. : )
The tea we’ll drink is primarily from China, Taiwan, and Japan. Occasionally, we’ll drink teas from other parts of the world, but these are the three areas with which I’m most familiar, and with which I generally have the greatest affinity.
